Media attention for Co-Care-IT: Technology design for unburdening informal care givers
30-03-2015
This week, the Co-Care-IT project, that focuses on unburdening informal care workers, featured in BNR news radio (Eye openers, March 30) and the FD (financieel dagblad) newspaper.
With recent societal developments and changing demographics, there is an increasing demand for solutions that help informal care givers which are increasingly overburdened. In collaboration with the research group Community care, the Digital life centre is working towards desirable innovations for particularly those informal care givers.
The Co-Care-IT project builds on best and worst practices encountered in the projects How are you doing? and Care4Balance. User-Centered Design is central to the Co-Care-IT project. You can find more information on the Co-Care-IT project page.
